Order Process

An order in the ZWEI Design Onlineshop runs as follows:

1. Shopping cart

Select the products you want to order by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. This will put your selection into the shopping cart. You can change this selection at any time by changing the number of products in the cart, by clicking the “Remove” button, or by canceling the order process altogether. Click on the “Checkout” button to proceed to the next order step.

2. Checkout

Log in with your email address and password if you already have an account, otherwise you sign up as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations (privacy policy). No other use or disclosure to third parties takes place. If you are already registered, you can now select the shipping method. Clicking the “Next” button will take you to the next order step.

3. Check billing address / Select Payment

Now check your billing address and enter your desired payment method. Clicking the “Next” button will take you to the next order step.

4. Check shipping address / Select shipping method

Please check your shipping address and enter your desired shipping method. Clicking the “Next” button will take you to the next order step.

5. Complete ordering process / Terms and Privacy

You will receive an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and invoice address and your contact details. Please check if all information is correct, and read the general terms and conditions and the right of revocation. By clicking the button “Buy” you send your order to us and agree to the terms and conditions and the data protection. Hereby you submit a legally binding offer.
